Our Objectives

The Jurassic Coast Trust works with partners to support a diverse range of education, conservation, arts, and science projects along the length of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site.

The Trust is strongly focussed on helping people understand and enjoy the Site. Founded in 2002, the Trust raises money through different levels of support including large and small businesses, individuals, project sponsors, and the sale of publications.

Our objectives:

  • To educate the public on the importance of the Dorset and East Devon World Heritage Site
  • To conserve the World Heritage Site for public benefit
  • To encourage sustainable economic regeneration
